To qualify an applicant must meet these following minimum requirements:

Sales People
5 years minimum experience
Must have excellent communication skills
A firm understanding of industrial and commercial construction
A firm knowledge of pre-engineered buildings is a plus.

Estimator
5 years experience
Must have a solid understanding of commercial and industrial construction
Must be computer Literate

Construction Supervisor
10 years experience
Must have a solid understanding of commercial and industrial construction
Must have excellent communication and organization skills

Project Manager
10 years experience
Must be computer literate
Excellent communication skills
A firm knowledge of all phases of construction
A firm knowledge Pre-engineered buildings, commercial and industrial construction
Must be familiar with Project scheduling and AIA building documents

Office Staff
Administrative assistant
5 years of experience
Must be computer literate
The ability to use a Dictaphone is a plus
