Project Details
The Atria is a 446,000 square foot two building hi-rise complex, designed by the Michael Spector Group Architects, and constructed by PJR Construction. The Atria West was acquired by the Chase Manhattan Bank for their corporate offices. With Innovative and advanced architectural features and design, elegant metal panels, color tinted glass, Architectural glass block and soaring columns, this complex has become home to many corporations that have turned to the Atria for their corporate office needs.

A dramatic main entrance lobby consisting of a glass enclosed landscaped atrium that rises to a height of over 50 feet and extends to 180 feet across the front of each building, creates a most pleasing interior environment and exterior aesthetic beauty. A carefully planned park like plaza complete with reflective pools, landscaping and sitting/relaxation areas adds to the high appeal of this people-oriented business complex.

The Atria features a state-of-the-art completely automated air conditioning system. A variable-air-volume system provides multiple individual zone control, and responds to ambient and local climate conditions with great efficiency to combine maximum comfort with maximum energy savings.

Sheltered below-grade parking with closed access to the buildings is provided for nearly 975 cars, supplemented by over 675 on-grade spaces. Lightwells around the buildings admit daylight to the lower parking areas. Ultra-modern high-speed elevators in each building connect the sheltered parking areas with all floors.
